Recently, I have seen more and more patients struggling with insomnia or waking up multiple times during the night.
Even though the cooler autumn weather should normally help people fall asleep more easily, many still experience poor sleep quality.
Often, daily stress from work or relationships is a major cause, along with accumulated fatigue from summer. For these patients, I recommend a treatment that allows the brain to truly rest: Dry Head Massage.

Dry head massage stimulates pressure points on the scalp while gently loosening tight muscles in the head, neck, and shoulders. This promotes blood circulation and relieves tension.
